Development Methodology
The project will have the following stages
Assessment will be the Pre-Project stage and will be covered by the Start Up process to define the business needs and provide a clear Mandate and Project Product Description PPD
After the assessment there will be an Initiation Stage to develop the detailed project plan, management strategies, Project Initiation Documentation (PID) including the Project Product Description (PPD) for all the processes and to deliver required training.
After the Initiation Stage there will be other (repeated) management stages where each one of them will have specific activities according to the purpose of the consultation project. These management stages could include specific training and certification for some or all of employees in a specific framework or standard or both for all information security management (ISMS).

After delivering all the required which can include processes, functions, training and certification, new organizational structure there will be a final stage for measuring the maturity of the developed items, applying the continual service improvement approach and closing the project with end project report.
